Blasts from the Past
My fantasies and escapes in painting began as sketches during my commute to Manhattan, moving past the monotony to another world. Through this artistic exploration, I delved ever-deeper into my artistic consciousness. In this creative pursuit, I was compelled to self-expression, working on large-scale canvases sequestered away from family in the quietest corners of my home. My process and my works at the time commented on the real and the imaginary, finding sanctuary in the discovery of my own voice.
This is a collection of my paintings from the early 2000s - 2017.
